Science-informed Psychedelic Integration, rooted in Story & Culture

I help you translate psychedelic insight into embodied, lasting change, blending neuroscience, somatic practice, and narrative work that honors identity, lineage, and lived experience.

Why Integration Matters?

Psychedelic experiences can bring clarity, emotional release, or expanded awareness. Without intentional follow-up, those moments often fade or fragment.

Integration is how insight becomes action, how new perspectives reshape how you think, relate, and live.

At Open Field, I offer a structured, research-informed method grounded in neuroscience, somatic psychology, and respect for culture and lineage. As a Palestinian-American storyteller, I believe healing is inseparable from history, memory, and the narratives we carry. Our inherited patterns can live in the body as much as our ideas do. The stories you tell and the creativity you bring influence how transformation takes hold.

I’m Jenny!

Palestinian-American storyteller turned integration coach.

My work is for people who move between worlds, who have touched insight but struggle to anchor it. I help you reconnect fragmented parts, re-pattern your narrative, and carry your transformation into daily life.

For years I told underrepresented stories across communities shaped by displacement and resilience. That lens guides how I hold space today with respect for identity, history, and creativity. Sessions are practical. We map what emerged, break it into clear steps, and follow through until it lives in your day to day.

My Approach

What We Offer & What Sets Us Apart

  • We guide integration through neurobiology and somatic insight, mapped through story so insight becomes part of your narrative.

  • We make space for your heritage, inherited patterns, and identity so the work doesn’t erase your past but weaves it into your future.

  • Using evidence-informed steps, we scaffold what emerges into choices you can live, in relationships, habits, and mind.

  • Drawing from my filmmaking and storytelling background, I use reflection, metaphor, ritual, and narrative to ground insight in the body.

Our Approach

We begin with the body so the nervous system feels safe enough to integrate. Together we map insights, break them into practical steps, and use narrative and creativity to anchor change. This approach is evidence informed, culturally sensitive, and designed to turn fleeting experiences into sustainable transformation.

If you feel changed inside while life around you remains the same, you’re not alone. At Open Field, we steady your body, give your insight a home, and translate what you’ve lived into a story you can trust.
